Bad day
today i was doing arms i finished my triceps workout and when i did 4 sets of straight barbell curl then a big fight begin in the gym so i left the gym and abort the workout can i tomorow continue my biceps workout or should i leave it to the next week

I would leave it until next week. Bi's are a small group and you can overtrain them quickly.
Damn, a fight? Do you work out in a school gym or something? That blows.

I agree, just give 'em a rest until next week. In worst case scenario what's 1 week gonna hurt... nothing really.
