What's the best way to train abs
I've gotten my bodyfat percentage to the 10-12% region and some type of 4-pack is showing up under bright light. I usually train abs once or twice a week with 50 v-ups or situps and that's about it. Will that be enough to get it developed by the time i cut down my body fat to 7-9%?

10-12% and only a 4 pack, in bright light! You sure about that 10-12%?

Compound exercises, planks, and good nutrition. Like MS said, 6-pack is, more than any other body part, IMO, built in the kitchen.
