German Volume Training
I just read a very interesting article on german volume training and I am eager to try it out. I just have one question. Should I change the way I workout for about a month or so and train in that manner or should I just throw 10x10's into my workouts at random times?

There is a thread named "10 Sets x 10 Reps Bench" on this same forum if you scroll down a bit you will find it. There is a link warrior has posted there that tells you all about the German Volume Training. You would have to change your whole workout for a month or so, not random times.
