    Workout logging/tracking apps

Anyone use workout apps to track/log their progress and workouts? I’ve noticed I’ve fallen off track a bit with my routine and numbers, so I downloaded a recommended app called JEFIT to track, was wondering what others were using/if there was a better one.

I've used jetfit, and fitnotes(?) off and on. I prefer an app for Android called Workit. It's completely free..... Or really cheap, i can't remember. But i usually end up just using a notebook. For some reason it helps me figure and I screw around with my phone less during the workout.

I don't use it but a lot of people swear by MyFitnessPal - it's been around forever.

You could make a spreadsheet on Microsoft Excel and use the excel app or if you are on an iPhone the equivalent from iOS is called "Numbers"

Yes, I measure in grams too. You can add anything you want... Custom food, weight preferences, etc. It's the most flexible calorie app around. Just click on the "add food" in the diary. Then use the system menu in the upper right corner, "add food". There's actually a few ways to add food, I'm sure there user info on their website.

I have the free version. It's fine, the only irritating thing is that with the free version, your macros can only be entered in 5% increments, versus the paid version which allows you to enter goals in grams. You'll see what i mean when you start messing around with it.

    Best of luck,
