    Body's resistance to anabolic steroids and training

    Hi. How long should i wait until my body's resistance to anabolics disappear? Do you understand what i mean? For example, when you take 50 grams of magic mushroom, you will get high. But after 2 months of 50 grams of magic mushrooms, your body will build resistance, then you will need not 50 grams, but 100 grams to get the same high. Sorry for the stupid example. I hope you understood what im asking.

    Also, i want to know does lifting cause body resistance? If yes, how long i need to wait until the resistance disappear? I have the feeling that the more i train, the more active the myostatine becomes...

    I trained hard and built nice muscles, but i still didnt reach my genetic limit, so i can build more muscles for sure. I trained, but at one point my muscles slow down its growth. Also, i got exhausted, so i decided to take break for one month. Now, 1 month later i have not lost my muscles. And now, i think to start training again. My question is - is 1 month enough to my body to get rid of the resistance?

    You'll have to skydive out of a military battle helicoper into the Atlantic Ocean for the iceberg water.

    Tears of a Virgin can be extracted at your local strip club

    As per your question, sure, taking time off from anything is beneficial. I wrote in another thread taking off a week from training, ever 2 months, is a good idea. Training 4 times a week is plenty, you don't need to do more. It's not just muscle fibers you are stressing, but the connective tissue, ligaments, bone, etc. You don't want to wear out your body from training too much. When you get tendon problems (like I have), it doesn't matter if your muscle can pull 300 lbs, when your tendon makes you scream in pain.

    As for the anabolics, I'm starting my self-prescribed TRT soon - but I can say that from years of observations and research, yes, too much of anything can be a bad thing. There are only so many receptors in the body and excess testosterone has to be converted into other things (estrogen being a big one). But I wouldn't get on testosterone until I was convinced my body was not producing enough, verified by blood examinations.
