I am going to try to cut for the next 6-8 weeks and I am wondering what do you guys and ladies feel would be the best way. Should I do 20 min in the morning and just bust my ass or do 45 min and just take it at an easy pace?

I like the 20 min high intensity!
45 mins of light cardio is best to for keeping muscle mass.
it depends if you are using AS or not....
the androgens in anabolic steroids attach to certain receptor sites. those same receptor site are also used by the catabolic hormone cortisol. when the body is saturated with anabolics cortisol has little or no effect.
it has been proven iin a lot of studies i have read that HIIT cardio, or high intensity w\ short duration is optimal.
one study here...

You guys are awsome! Thanks for the great post.
i like a slower pace myself ......for a longer time... hit it first thing in the morning on a empty stomach, for the best fat burning .... gl.... MURPH.
if you are going to do hiit first thing on an empty stomach at least get some bcaa's in before you start
agreed....... i use a scoop of L-Glutamine myself (approx 5g)Quote:

hey murph... i have read a few studies that mention the first 5g is grabbed by the digestive system. therefore, l-glutamine should be used in 10g doses
i will try to find a study to back this up

On sat and sun they are done as soon as I wake up
