Instead of incline bench press, try doing push ups against a sink counter. Incline works the top of your chest so you need to have that same incline only upside down when benching. Blood rushes to your head but it works.

weighted dips, cable cross over (bring cables towards your waist)

Your new gym must have a decline bech for situps. Just do decline Dumnb bell press.
I used to workout in the smallest gym and they didn't have a dedicated decline bar bell bench, so this is what I did.

I was working in a gym in London last year, when we had a visit from a touring Italian bodybuilder ( cannot remember the guys name ! ) He was performing an exercise on the smith machine , and although it looked similiar to a chest press, he was using a supinated, slightly narrower grip, aiming just below the nipple line. I asked the guy what this was and he explained that this was a great exercise for the lower pecs. He preffered this to the traditional decline bench press. So I tried it and it works. I can really feel this one isolate and work the lower pecs and its now part of my regular chest workout. Give it a try. Hope this helps. Steve

I read that the pecs are just one muscle so there is no Upper and Lower. Is that not right?

Dips and Dumbell Pullover are my favorite ex. for lower chest. I sometimes use these instead of decline press.

I love dips, although to me they seem to work the overall chest area along with triceps.
I did nothing, but dips my last chest work out and it's been 5 days and i'm still quite sore in my triceps and overall pecs.
