how often do they work there abs? ya know the guys/gals in the magazines and on tv?
everyone is different bro, some work everyday while others work twice a week. I personally work twice a week, and have been reading that a lot of pros do this.
some pros print their workouts in mags...... but they do all do different things ...so........ ???????.... i do mine every other day ...
alright - i have always done it two days a week but thought i would try three days a week and see if it makes any difference.....
