    Unhappy Please Help Me!

    Description: 6ft, 200lbs, 22%bf, 38 waist, 43 chest, 15.5 arms.
    ( currently on cutting cycle for 4 weeks ).

    Problem: Need to Loose a few inches off my waist till august 17.?
    Please Help?

    Supplemnts using: Xenadrine ( with ephedra )

    -iv'e lost 16 lbs in the past 4 weeks. I'm willing to use anyting natural to loose some fat. for ex: Hollywood diet, cutting gel, etc..i dont give a shit.. please guys help me! thank you!

    i think that you should not have turned to roids to lose the weight (i say this by your stats) ummm...... CARDIO,CARDIO,CARDIO..... not being mean just honest... and a 4 week cycle?....... why even bother ,.. im serious,..... i dont think that that will do a thing for you ,... im not agaist AS at all,.....it just makes me mad when ppl take them with false hopes and NO knowlege,... 4real.......please do some reserch........ you are at the right place to learn ......so good luck ..... and to answer you question again...... just start hitting the treadmill hard the fat will melt off, if your dedicated to it....     Post your diet. This will help everyone answer your question better.

    Here's some things you can try:

    Do cardio first thing in the morning on a empty stomach for 40 mins.

    Make sure your hitting the weights.... muscle raises your metabolism and helps burn fat.

    Keep your carbs low and from sources with a low GI

    Use EFA's like CLA, Flax, Primrose Oil

    Like I said post the diet and we can help more.

    i'd do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, get on a ckd diet, and hit the weights hard. btw, appearently when in ketosis, low intensity cardio burns fat, while high intensity cardio uses glucose and glycogen.

    Diet and cardio is the only real long-term fix. You could lose weight quick using a fad but it will come right back.
