sylvester stallone 6 week routine!!!!!!!!!!!

sylvester stallone
[]
Anyone who saw Rambo: First Blood or Rambo: First Blood II noticed the staggering change Stallone's physique underwent between the two movies. The truth is, Sly only started working out for Rambo II six weeks before shooting. He hired two-time Olympia champion Franco Columbu to help him chisel a rock-hard body, and this is the routine he followed:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Morning
Chest
Back
Abs
Afternoon
Shoulders
Arms
Abs
Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday
Morning
Calves
Thighs
Afternoon
Rear Delts
Traps
Abs
The routine was an intensive six-day a week double split; the kind professional bodybuilders use when competing. The cycle followed a standard 8-12 reps/3-4 sets pattern. He did 3 to 4 exercises per body part. Each day Sly varied the exercises using instinctive training, so there's no point in indicating which exercises he used per body part -- he simply pushed himself to the extreme, adding extra sets and reps whenever he could. His ab routine consisted of 1000 reps total. He trained four different ab/torso parts with sit-ups, leg raises, side leg raises and side bends -- 50 reps each for 5 sets. Once Columbu was through with Stallone, Sly had learned all the essentials of bodybuilding, which he carried over to subsequent movies and ultimately made him the machine that he is today.
TELL ME IF I SHOULD USE IT? IGHT? THNX

Solid, it's all good in the hood, bro. No hard feelins. Crosby, there is no magic routine. you should be able to find some posts in which people outline their routines on this and other message boards. Remember, legs legs legs! IMO you will get the best results with doing heavy compound exercises like squats and deadlifts. They are painful as hell, but damn do they work.
