I have a question about cardio
if i were to get up early and do cario, then go home, back to sleeP (lol) then get up and lift later in the day, would this be pointless, or ok.....?

I don'T see a problem with it... many bros do cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning (best possible time!) and then lift later during the day.
I did it for a while myself, but now since I start work a little later, I just do cardio and lifting in the morning before hitting the office.
