    Lat spread question....need help

Does anyone know any good exercises for getting your lats to attach to your waistline better. Also, what are some good exercises that really target the lower lats? Thanx

Pullups, Chinups, and Pullovers should help with that. Plus being lean helps to see it better.

seated one arm cable pull-backs. Bring it into your lower waist. Also one arm pull-downs really ties your lat into waist line.

i base my lat workout around pull downs to the front. pull ups will give a nice wide look. A one arm DB row with a big 5sec hold and twist works well. And deadliffts allways are good but if u go hevy for few reps you might not feel the pump

Why do you twist? Wanna hurt yourself? There is no reason to twist at the top of a db row. You stretch the back at the bottom and contract at the top, thats it.

I prefer chins for my lats. Up, hold (contract) and slow down, If your strong enough try one arm chins
