Cardio to get shredded...high or low intensity

I am trying to get to 9 % bodyfat currently and was wondering if anyone has gotten shredded off of low intensity (60% of you Maximum heart rate) cardio. Like doing a fast pace walk.

If so, did you do longer sessions?

Or did you go balls to the wall, (80-90% of you MHR) to get shredded?

This is my first week and I started Mon and Tues with High intensity, and mixed it up on Wed. and Thursday and Friday I have done low intensity cardio.

It so much harder for me to do low intensity cardio, I don't feel like I am doing enough

I walk simply beacuse my knees and shins do not allow me to jog or run.

I pollish off 3.67 miles(this how long it is aorund my neighborhood) in 55min.

I usually do that twice a day when cutting(currently doing it 2-1/2x that length)

Twice a day....DAMN. I wish I had the time for that. So if you ARE doing low intensity, you should go for a longer period of time?

You have to go for longer periods of time. Slower you go, the slower the burn.

    Bump,
I know Pheedno and I aren't the only ones doing cardio to loose body fat here. Where is everyone?
