    Arm Symmetry

    Just curious as to how many people out there have one arm larger/more massive than the other. Any tips to correct an imbalance?

    There's a mistake in the poll, the third option should read:
    One arm looks smaller but measures higher

    slightly, my right arm is bigger from years and years of competitive tennis (tournaments, etc.)

    Im right handed so my right arm is quite a lot bigger since i do almost everything with my right arm... my left is noticibly smaller.. i guess a way to correct this would be to work out ur bad arm slightly more?? i dunno

    I am right handed and my left arm is bigger.
    I'm pretty sure it's mostly tricep, my right arm looks like one of the 3 heads is missing when i compare them.

    one side of your body is always bigger, my right is smaller but it has better shape ...weird
