Your suggestions working out-
Hey all
Im doing a Testo500mg/week, Deca 300mg/week. hGH 4 i.u. /Slin cycle now
Could some of you post the absolute best workout program you have used that gave you best results?
During this cycle the goal for me is bulking.
Just wanting to try something new!

I guess the routine that brought me the absolute best results ever, as far as size and strength was this.
Monday
Bench Press-3 sets(reps 3-7)
Closegrip Incline Press-2 sets(8-12 reps)
Dips-1 set weighted(reps 15-20)
Abs-3x20(decline situps)
Tuesday
Squat-3-5 sets(reps 3-20, just depending on how I felt)
Leg Curl-3x6
Calves-3x15
Knee Raises-3x20
Friday
Deadlift-5-10 sets(I did all singles)
Pullups-3xfailure
Chest supported row-5x5
Oblique crunches-3x20

You can alter the routine from time to time by switching from bench to incline, closegrip incline to closegrip bench, barbell rows to dumbell rows, deadlift to stiff leg dead lift, pullups to chinups. The rest I would pretty much keep at a constant but just use some sort of periodization in your reps/weight to keep from getting stale.

SolidJ, just curious, did you leave out a day somewhere? I don't see any shoulder,trap, or bicep work at all unless you count the compound exercises.
BTW jakuga, when you mean bulking, what are your goals? Strength? Hypertrophy?
