    Power Factor

Anybody got any thoughts on Power Factor training?
I am currently giving it a shot.
It seems very logical and scientific, as opposed to other more traditional systems.

    i actually like it

i have some good books on supercompensation, isolation overload, forced technique, midrange and stretch position training. thats' basically how i work out but i do standard volume training as well.i think they are all great principles. you can curtail you diet to use them as growth, cutting, or muscular endurance tactics.for me, since i don't want to be massive, i use them and have my diet set in density and LBM phase.

do you have that Power Factor book?is that what you are referring to?

    Yep,
I am talking about the Power Factor book by Sysco and Little.
You can find it in nearly any Barnes and Nobles bookstore. If you have never taken a look at it, it is worth your time. Seems like a hell of a system. I have been doing it for about 4 months now, and I have seen some very good results. I was just wondering if anyone else had tried this or read this book.
