    Halfway Routine

    Has anyoen ever tried the halfway routine. Where instead of a full range of motion you do only half the motion. Or doign 15 reps at 5 halfway rep, from bottom to middle, then halfway rep from middle to top for 5, then 5 more full range motion. All thi is suppossed to be able to build mass like crazy just wanted some opinions.

    Tried it for curls when I was a kid just starting lifting. IMO dont do it, its just a waste of time.
