supersets
i read this article about lee hanley and how he used to train and he used supersets for every exercise and every body part throughout his routine !
for ex. back: superset #1 - chins superset with bent rows
superset #2 - deadlifts superset with seated rows
and that was his back workout for example!
im a hard gainer so would i benefit from a routine like this to try to put somemore mass on my frame?

Supersets can be a great tool to help someone break through a plateau. However, I wouldn't recommend turning all of your exercises into supersets or giant sets. Which leads me to saying, unless your a highly experienced weight lifter, keep the supersets to isolated or smaller muscle groups. Using Deads, Squats, or even Presses in supersets is a good way to cause injury or start overtraining. I feel compound movements should be done alone so that one can put all of there energy into these mass building exercises .. jmo.

Supersets are a great way to add some beef to your frame. If you are new to it, give this a try.
