Hi guys, I just started my first cycle, its a sus/deca....but im finding it hard to support heavy weights, Ive been training naturally for a long time and my hands are in a lot of pain.
Especially during push exercises, my hands simply cant support the weight, but I put them through it anyway to get the weight I want, but it seems like a lot of crap inside is about to malfunction soon.
The area around the thumb which is inside the hand hurts the most. Then on my off days, I get a pain that shoots from that same thumb area to close to the elbow along the side of the forearm.
I took 4 weeks off from working out before starting this cycle in hopes of diminishing the pain, but its there. Bench pressing is extremely extremely hard and I dont want to minimize my gains by not being able to support the weight with my hands when the respective muscle group is all too capable.
Maybe when the deca kicks in weeks from now itll go away.... other then that, pls offer suggestions. thank you
OH btw, in case it matters, I use gloves and wrist protectors which actually kind of help, and oh yeah, its mainly in my left hand, and im right handed.
