    Dumbbell Curls.. Max One Or Two Reps

    Sorry Guys Got Some Time To Kill On Lunch.. Kinda Weak On Dumbbell Curls My Heaviest Is 50lbs ( Ya I Know, Baby Weight Right) Hit It Up Guys

    I only do 50lb dumbells. I only bench 210.
    No big deal. Although they are all slow movements.
    I dont let the bar touch my chest and I dont let my back come off the bench.
    I dont seem to keep my strength in my arms too long. 50lbs 10 reps x 3 then I switch to other curl exercises.
    I could lie and say I do like 100 lbs and shit

    I busted up 90's for 1. MY form wasnt the best Ill admit that but i prob coulda got 100's if I put my "back" into it hehe. I did 75's for 1 max rep on a preacher.

    My one rep max was 70 pounds, but due to slacking for about 9 months now i doupt i could do it now. I will try later. I'm just now getting back into the game. I never should have left.

    I do 55's for about 8 reps w/ good form... never tried to max for one or two reps tho, not yet anyway
    BTW, the poll doesnt have the 50-60lbs range...
