I need info on building my chest with the limited equipment that I have. I have a bench that inclines but doesn't decline and dumbbells. I do flys and presses (barbell and dumbell) , close grip presses. My problem lies in my inner chest area. Upper and outer chest are coming along fine , but the inner part of my chest is virtually non-existant. I have no access to cables so that is out. Looking for any advise you all could give.....Thanks
