Are 3-day splits the best way to go for juice workouts?
I think Vince Taylor(not positive, one of the big pro's though) only works out 3x a week. And then there's arnold's famous 2 day split. To each his own.
(To Each His Own) Agreed......Im a 4 day on 3 day off, seems to work the best for me, always changing bodyparts
