One trap is bigger than other!!??
I hurt my shoulder playing football a couple of years ago. After I
healed, I began to lift again. When I would do bench or incline the bar would be slanted as I lifted up. Making my right trap huge and my left nonexsistent. I should have done lighter weight, but thats the passed. What can I do know to regain size and strength in my little trap?
Can I spot shoot? How should I work it?
thanks
