    My Routine...

    i just started using this and it seems to be going pretty well. i know it might seem like alot to some people but its working well for me so far. let me know what you think

    monday
    chest/tri's

    flat bench or DB press 10/8/8
    inc DB press 10/8/8
    hammer (either iso lat chest or wide chest) 10/10/10
    dips 10/8/8
    close grip bench 10/8/8
    Vbar pushdown or rope press 10/10/10
    skull crushers 10/8/8


    tuesday
    off

    wednesday
    back/abs

    deads 10/10/10
    pulldowns 10/8/6
    bentover barbell rows 10/8/6
    hammer row 10/10/10
    crunches
    weighted rope crunches


    thursday
    delts/traps

    dp presses 10/8/8
    lateral raises 10/8/8
    shrugs 15/12
    hammer or barball press 10/8/8


    friday
    legs/abs

    squats 10/8/8
    leg ext 10/10/fail
    calf raises 12/12/10/fail
    leg curls 10/10/ fail
    crunches
    weighted rope crunches


    saturday
    off


    sunday
    bi's forarms

    barbell curls 10/8/8
    alternating DB curls 10/8/8
    hammer curls 10/10/10
    rev curls 10/8/6
    forarm curls

    I take it you are doing a pyrmid with the amount of weight for each exercise or are you using set amounts?

    Any thoughts to maybe putting back with bi's? the rows would add in develpment of Bi's as well as back. Just an idea, I'm not sure what programs you've run before so you might have done something like this before.

    well my reasoning behind that is i like to be able to give bi's their own day, as its pretty easy for me to hit them good and get them to fail. the way it is now with them having their own day i often end up not doing my last exercise bc theyve failed
