Depends on what you're trying to do. If you've got some fat on your gut, you may want to do it every day. If you're trying to get cut, then every other day or every day. If you want to keep a "V" cut, then don't work it too much. The muscles on the side of your stomach can get really big and mess up the "V" shape.Quote:
