    Arrow shoulders

    what do you guys think about this shoulder workout...
    seated barbell millitary press 4 sets, 8,10,12,10
    bent over raises with head supported 4 sets 8,10,12,10
    standing lateral raises 4 sets 8,10,12,10
    upright row 3 sets 8,10,12
    clean and presses 8,10,12
    i work my traps on a seperate day then i do my shoulders. so tell me what you guys think..

    18 sets seems like it could be a little too much, but that also just depends on the person. If you are going for strength, your reps seem fine. However, if it's mass you want .. I'd drop the reps down a few and raise the poundage.

    IMO I think thats a good workout, it's damn near the same one I use. Every now and then I like to throw in push presses just to mix it up.

    im goin for alittle change up real quickly iv been using low reps for about 4 months now maybe longer. im comin off a week off and i start up again monday..yea im looking to build mass should i just go back to 4,6,8,5?

    You can always change up a stale routine without getting away from low, mass building reps. Since you really want to lift as heavy as possible to put on bulk. Maybe go with just powerlifting moves for a few weeks, and take out the isolation moves. That should definitely shock your muscles into more growth. And it would be a change for your old routine.

    are there any power movements for the rear and side delt?
