Chest workout
This should be interesting.. Ok Fella's what is the best workout to build a big , strong schest ? Sets and reps please ?

Presses ... flat, incline, decline. About 4 sets each at 4-8 reps should work fine. That usually is a good backbone for training the Pecs.
