Question How To Loose Fat On Face

My bulking period has gone relatively well, except i gained so much weight in my face. It's definately not bloating because I am not longer taking creatine, pro-hormones, etc, just protein right now. This really doesn't look good on me, and I wanted to know if there was any way to target fat on ur face(double chin, cheeks, etc) to burn?

Are you advocating spot reduction for the face?

I've heard about topical Yohimbe being useful.

This is true, spot reduction is one of the biggest myths in resistance training today, especially when it comes to abs. You have to increase muscle, thus increasing overall metabolism, burning fat all over.

I found a way to work the double chin, but the cheeks are horrible. I guess when I start doing more cardio and more reps instead of training for bulk I'll loose the fat. Thanks anyway bros
