    Lowe Body Troubles

    I have a lower body problem im 6'1 210-215 and boy all my weight is in my ass and my legs they are huge i need to know how to trim these bad boys down.

    Can someone tell me the best excercises that will be most effective and the reps to shred me down.

    I could be wrong on this....but I dont think their is such a thing as spot reduction..............I hear the best way to drop a few pounds is to do your cardio 1st thing in the morning before eating breakfast. Do at least 30 to 45 minutes depending on how quick you wanna lose it 5 days a week...............

    i hear you buddy i have the same problem in those areas im heavier up top mostly muscle i think dieting has worked the best for me
