One of my main goals over the last year, has been to git ripped. ive gotten a hell of a lot stronger, but the cuttness is lacking. When i lift it seems like i can see every muscle fiber in my body, but like the next day theres minimal definition. I think im at the age where the amount im lifting, i should look like hulk hogan right now. Anyone else get ripped during workouts(obviously) but later theres no cuttness?? is it all genetics??
