Its Official... 2k on the Hip Sled
Alright everyone I pushed up 2k for 1 rep MAX....
Im cutting right now so.... I just kinda said F'it and got some rage behind myself and started loading on the weight.... people were like "what the hell is that guy doing?".. cause I had 2 people sitting on top of the 2 150's rack on top of the Sled... 2000 lbs... "GOOD GOD!!!"... it ran in my head as I sat down... got red from just wanting it so bad.... and down it came and.... pushed it back up... I know I wasnt going to get another rep so people hopped off, threw the plates off and grabbed for the bar so I could lock the machine out.

Hey Big ....Hows your upper body strength?....What would you consider to be your weakest bodypart? We're about the same height....How in the world did you put on so much weight being a natty and all?

My weakest? ummmmm ummmm hehe no prob my chest. I can put up 405 for 4x's but I think its mostly from tricep power. My shoulders actually have some good size but I think there lacking in power.. I can put up 315 for 6-8 reps depending on how i feel for the day. Shit I read somewhere where Atwood could put up 405 for like 8 reps and lat. raise 90's for 8-10. I can only do like 60's.

Hey big I have to be honest I wasn't sure what a hip-sled was either(ask my guy at the gym and he didn't know). I was going to ask but didn't want to look stupid...so I did a search and u had covered it in another thread.
