    Cardio??

    When i do cardio.. i do it just after my workout..
    But when should i do it.. without "killilng" my muscles.. is it better to do it at the evning insted of after the workout..
    I know its good to do it in the morning.. but i cant do it, it takes me 5h to wake up..
    When do you guys do your cardio???

    Always do cardio first and give a few hours to rest before working out.......I do cardio 3 times a day each consisting of a two mile run and 20 50yd gasers.........Im not trying to get big but just stay strong and lean at 5'10 180. My best run usually is at 6am it takes me a total of 35 minutes to run to the track run my sprints and then run home, shower and go back to sleep for a couple hours.

    what about doing cardio befor bedtime ???

    Sorken they say cardio is best in the morning, because you metabolism rises steady from wake up until in peeks at mid-day. So if you do your cardio pre-lunch time your metab. stays boosted for a longer amount of time post-lunch time. No matter what though, you want to incorporate cardio into your resistance training program, so if before bed is the only time you can do it, then by all means do it then.

    I like to do cardio before bed because it will put you right to sleep.lol........make sure you stretch before you go to bed though or youll wake up sore
