I just did dips for the second week in a row and man, I can't believe I have never been doing these. I can tell my chest is getting a new shape already. Last night, the second time I've done them, I added a 25 pound weight to my waist and superseted the dips with the bent over cable row set real light so I could get 15 or so in. HOLY SHIT that was the best chest exercise I ever got. My chest was SWOLE as shit!!

I don't look forward to when my chest gets "used" to this exercise becasue as of now, I can tell it is making a world of difference.
