    Dip machine

    What do you guys think about the dip machine? It's basically a chair with 2 bars on each side that you push downward from a sitting position with a seatbelt on. I can dip more weight on those than i can on regular dips.

    Regular dips are better.

    of course you can - the pulley system makes it a little easier.

    i prefer regular dips, strapped with plates / dumbbells between my legs

    get rid of the machine and get into real dips, then after these become easy, start adding weight....
