How many reps do you lose on the next set ?

    I'm interested.

How many reps do you drop.

For example if you bench 110 kilos for 10 reps on your first set, how many would you be able to get in the next set ?.

For me it varies according to each exercise, but I usually lose 2 reps each set. e.g. 10 8 6.

All depends on the exercise. Pullups I notice a decline quick. Squats it's almost no decline for a few sets.

That's given the weight is constant.

True what KeyMastur said, but it also depends on how much of an effort you put into it. Sometimes you might go easy on yourself and not all out. Also it depends on the rest in between sets and what you are training is used for -Strenght, Power, or Mass etc.

Yes I'm aware of that. What I was interested in was how many reps on average you lose. I'm aware of the variable factors i.e whether you train to failure, how long you rest, what your personal recover is etc etc.

I usually drop one rep per set. If I give myself like 5mins rest and stretch, I can stay at the same number of reps to failure for about 4 sets.

I set the weight to drop 2 reps every time. But I always shot for for 2 more at the end. I take 90 second rest.
Not sure if thats what your asking, but thats how i do it.

Benching is probably the one exercise I drop. Drop by 2s.
Curls I keep the same weight and reps
Pull ups and everything else stays the same.
