my workout routine
This my new workout routine plz comment it:
mon:chest and abs
tue:legs and claf
wed:arms and abs
th:back
fri:shoulders and traps and abs

looks pretty basic .. only thing is .. if you are hitting your abs hard enough, then twice a week is plenty.

Looks good....like trim said twice a week for abs is good if your training hard. Also make shure your resting sat and sun...your body needs to recover.
