Chest problem's
Ok here it is I work my chest twice a week. But for the last two months it seems I feel all the workout in my shoulders. I mean I can go through my whole chest workout and the first thing that gives out is my shoulders my pecs never get tired. I dont know what I am doing wrong or if theres something I can do to isolate my chest more. I dont know??
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

it seems like you might either be using weight that is too heavy for you or the form your using is off,,, whats your routine like?? you might also want to start off with cable flyes to fatigue your pec prior to pressing

Check your form. You should begin with a grip that puts your forearms perpendicular to the floor. Also come down to the point where your upper arm is parallel to the floor.
The biggest thing is to "think chest". Give yourself a few chest mirror flexes if you have to.
Some things I do... warm ups with Flyes to get the blood localized to help me start focusing on chest muscles... when I bench I tuck my shoulders blades in under my back... I also use a thumbless grip to help me visualize the pressing movement more...

ill agree with warrior on the form, try to add flyes in with your workout,, also are you using a bar or mixing it up with db as well?? imo db worked out better for me because you learn how stabilize the weight and you could bring out them out farther..
