I don't even do shrugs.
Mine grow great from deads alone. So back day would be my recomendation
I work traps on back day...just like the way it feels. I will do upright rows on delts day everyother wk., which also hits my traps some.
I work trpas on shoulder day. I'm like Pheedno and feel them being worked when doing deads also.
Shoot give em a day all to themselves :)
Tried both......and working traps on shoulders day seems to work very well for me....

ill do traps on shoulders only because by the time im done with back my grip gives up real easily and im trying not to use any type of wrist wraps

I used to do traps on back day, but I switched to shoulders. I realized that I was working the my traps too hard, so I cut back and just added them on after my shoulders.
I preffer shoulders, i feel them on deads but dont base anything on what other people suggest, my best advice is keep on experimenting new things and eventually youll find the routine that works best for your body...Every body is different...It takes a while to learn that....
