Weighted Dips for triceps - What weight can you do?

What weight can you do for a set 10?

I have really just started adding weight three weeks ago, started with a 10lb plate, then 15lbs, now up to 25lb dumbbell. Want to hear what everyone else can do.

Personally, I can handle a set of 55 for 10 reps. You should get a weighted belt if you don't have one already.

I do them as the first exercise on arms days. No weight, 30 lbs, 45 lbs, 60 lbs, 90 lbs, 120 lbs.

I also put a 25 kilo weight under my legs to make sure that I am going deep enough (elbow bent slightly more than 90 degrees). I lower myself straight down to the plate, touch and then go back up. Full range of motion really makes these killers.

I can do 45-55 but there I have seen 4+ plates done for full ROM.

If you count a little, tiny bend in the elbow as a dip, I can do 250 lbs.

Still can't figure out why people stack on the plates and then do a movement that barely qualifies as a curtsy... Who they fooling and what do they get out of it. Without full ROM, it ain't nuthing.

I'll either run em low at 3x6 at 135, or ill go high reps at 16 x 4 at 90. I do em towards the end of my workout after flat bench, and incline dumbell and tricep press, extensions too. It's harder than hell that way, but i love it

I dont do weighted dips very often... I like doing other tricep workouts.. but when I do do them.. I hit 135 (3 45's) strapped to a chain for 10 reps..
