neck workout

how often do you think i can work my neck? i do a pretty tough workout but i figure the neck is used so much i could at least work it out eod. let me know what you think.

I work mine out only once a week. I use a 4way neck machine and switch it up with the head harness every other week.

i use a head harness, sometimes i might take a plate and towel and push. i do it about ones a week on sholder day

some gyms have machines for the neck and some have harnesses that you can put on your head and pull a weight up and down. the old fashion way is to lay on a bench and get a small plat rap it with a tool and do like a neck crunch with the plate on the front or back of your head
