According to what system do you guys train here?
I mean, you have:
- Heavy duty, single set system
- classic 15-20 sets per bodypart
- HIT system
- or any useful variation you use

According to what system do you guys train here?
I mean, you have:
- Heavy duty, single set system
- classic 15-20 sets per bodypart
- HIT system
- or any useful variation you use
I do 8-10 reps for the first two sets and then to failure for the next two sets. The first two sets are to failure also, but I like to make sure they are between 8-10 reps. Once I can do the first two sets for 10 reps, I add more weight.
