    Anyone have a herniated disk?

I have a couple herniated disks in my lower back and cannot workout when they hurt, but most of the time it does not hurt at all.

So should I just not workout at all when they hurt, or should I workout a little?

    thanks!

bro how long have you had them?

If they are the same as a bulging disk I have had a minor one since January, sometimes it hurts sometimes it don;t, about the only thing I can't do is run!
Never been to the doc, but the chiro said thats what it prolly is! I just work thru it......but I think it's starting to get better....knock on wood.

Not really an answer for ya......did not want you to feel like you were alone!

Ya might wanna PM Doc M?

I have one. It hits my siotic nerve or however it is spelt.
If I am sitting in a chair, I can not lift my bend my leg up from the knee.
While on a cycle, it did not bother me one bit. I was able to stretch it out without any problem

I need to swap insurances to get an MRI and then surgery. FUN FUN
