Has anyone tried 21s and super setted with reverse 21s. I done it today and wow what a great pump....

whenever i feel a muscle group isn't responding anymore, i do 21's with that muscle group. you can do them for almost any bodypart.

are we talking super sets here? (forgive me but I am feeling like a dumbass today).

No they are not supersets 21 are curling the bar for 7 to the half way point then 7 half way to the top then 7 full reps.

I use them when I can't get a pump...and they are awsome!!

I Can't do them on AS, the pump is to much for me by the second set!
But there great for sculpting the bi's!
There definately not a mass gainer, so I usually do standing bar,
incline dumbell, and preacher curls . that's what gave me my 19"ers
Drop sets like dane is talking about is a killer also, but can't do to many sets of those either on AS.

With 21s you can only do them for about 3-4 weeks then i change back to normal BB curls.IT JUST WAKES THE BABYS BACK UP..

what bout 7 14 21's
every try 7 14 21's,i feel the burn a whole lot more when i do this. just do a set of 7, then hold the bar for 7 seconds, do a set of 14 then hold the bar for 7 seconds, and then do a set of 21. it gets the blood flowing real good, your arms look an inch bigger
