I hurt my wrist 2months ago while benching. I contribute it to overtraining. I think Im on the right track as I have changed my split to increase my rest. Pain is almost non existent. Just looking for tips on strengthening wrists to prevent future problems. And yes I stretch them consistently now.

Just continue stretching them...if its ligaments you tore you might have to have surgery if it continues. I have constant problems with my shoulder. I've had it dislocated twice now, and it subfluxated about a week ago. I have surgery within 3 months and I look forward to it, but 6 months of therapy afterwords.
