    2 questions

    How many times a week do you guys work your neck? Is 2 times a week too much? Is once not enough?

    Also how many days a week do you guys do sprints? Same question...Is 2 times a week too much? Is once not enough?

    I don't bother to isolate the neck...

    I also don't isolate my neck, but since I play basketball sprints are important an part of my work out. I do three times a week in three sets of 40 yard sprints.

    I have a head gear setup for my home gym, but I never workout my neck. About ten years ago I wanted to try to build my neck, I tried it a couple times and then just forgot about it.

    I don't sprint. I'm trying to bulk up, so I stay away from any kind of cardio.
