    legs/back

    i train my leg on tuesday and my back on thursday but some times my leg are sore from the squat on the leg day so i am afraid to do deadlift on back day thinking it will hit the same muscles that squat hit,any1 experience and what should i do i?

    Just do dead lifts on your leg day.

    If it is quads you are worried about, deadlifts don't work your quads enough to matter. Deadlifts will however work your hamstrings. If your hamstrings are sore and you want to avoid working them while doing your deadlifts, then don't lower the weight all the way to the floor. Lower the weight as far down as you can without stretching your hamstrings. You can go down nearly all the way to the floor without working your hams.

    yeah my back day is all back except lower back I do deadlifts on leg day and If i feel my lower back it not worked enough I do one more exercise for the lower back.
