do wide grip chins for lats
I do palms facing out, wide, i feel it more on my lats. If If I do palms facing me it seems to work my bies to much.
Underhand chins don't even hit my back really, just gets my biceps.
I perfer wide grip palms forward....hits my lats real good.....our bar also allows u to grab it at a wide grip with palms facing eachother with I also like....like others have said, palms facing u really brings my bis into it.
just like bornbad said...wide overhand grip seems to stress lats the best...i like to mix it up and toss in underhand grip everyonce in a while, but it definitely involves the biceps to a much larger degree...
palms facing out you get more biceps, palms facing in works the lats better for me. Both of these done wide grip
According to some mag, can't remember which one at this time, UnderGrip Chinups are considered the best bicep exersize. It uses the most muscle synergy. So it's the best bicep exersize using more than just the bicep. It truly is killer. Isolation exersizes aren't all that great, try undergrip chinups for biceps. If you can't do them, try undergrip pulldowns on a machine.
Wide chinups. The wider the grip, the wider the lats, I hear that any exercise behind the neck are not good, even including exercises like lat pulldown. This has sometin to do with your spinal cord. So I would say keep your chin over and ifront of the chinip bar

i would have to say overhand chins or pull down but not to wide.....i dont go past a few inches of my shoulder width eihter side....when you get to wide you begin to use your rear delts which takes away from your back workout.........
