    4-day split?

Does anyone know where I could find a good 4-day split. I'm getting ready to start my first cycle monday and I really want to get the best workout possible. Any recommendations? I have found a few but I wanted some of your guys ideals.

ditto...looks amazingly similar to mine haha...seriously - looks good...i take saturday off and start again on sunday most weeks...sometimes i'll take the weekend off (except for cardio) and sometimes i'll workout satuday as well, then take a couple days off...you can tweak it to how you feel, just make sure you're resting enough!

If you are going on a cycle I would only take 2 days off a week so i personally would think of doing a 5 day split. Since you are on Juice concentrating on doing legs twice a week you should take advantage of being on juice bc it will help your legs grow like crazy.

Here is a split i have used and I know what you are thinking shoulders and chest on the sameday your crazy but honestly it is not that bad at all inless you have problems with your shoulder or you like my friend who can lift less on shoulder press than my grandma can.

    Monday legs(heavy)
Tuesday Chest, Shoulder (all chest first than shoulders)
Wednesday back (not lower back) traps and neck
thursday legs(light) lower back(from back extensions or deadlifts)
    Friday Biceps, triceps, and foreamrs
