What is your form like? Have you had these symptoms before? When exactly do you feel this pain?

i have good form for the most part.......i also noticed it today doing bi's and it's mainly in my left arm.....it feels like it's getting ready to snap.....i'm hoping it might just be imflamed tendons, i had a pain simliar to this one when i pitched but it was in my right arm and not nearly this painful

A lot of times (especially if you are on cycle) you will be pushing too much weight, and your joints havn't caught up yet to the load your muscles can handle.

Exactly, I'm going through the same thing with my forearms, left elbow. My bench jumped like 30-50lbs and most other sets have gone up big time too.

IMO, take 10 days off from any sort of lifting. Just take a break and let your body recover. Why 10 days? It also gives your CNS a good rest. In the end, neurons are what counts.
