This kid that was in my highschool...his name was Boo Boo Johnson, when he was a senior he was about probably 275 and could squat 710...he was a monster. My goal is to beat that record by my senior year, but its giong to be hard as hell.

I squat 90lbs and I weigh 240.

Then again I'm bs'ing and haven't squatted in months. My form sucked bad so I had some good back pain. I did come in at around 365 after only squatting for 3 months.

Ow and I wear boxer briefs.........never squat without them.... :lol:

I squat 440lbs for 2 reps and my body weight is roughly 205 right now...I worked on my form for the longest time though. Now, leg days are my fav.

I had two friends that went to my high school and one of them has the state record in the 181s with a squat of 660

and the other squats around 450 in the 114s

465 at 255 with a belt for a set of 4. I have just started working hard on my sqaut in the last 8 months. It was 355. It has come along way and i hope to get alot higher.

i was on accutane ( accutane brings all ur zits to the surface) wheni squatted 405 7 times, and on my 5th or 6th rep a fat ass zit on my neck popped, and there was zit juice and blood runnin down my chest! my squat partner wasnot happY! TRUE STORY

545 for 3 reps over this past summer... I weighed i think 260 at the time, thats when i was cuttin... NO belt, No wraps, just my good old underarmor boxer briefs... Im sure i can do better now, but i havent tried because my back has been givin me problems when i go into my really heavy sets.. I have been doin more reps at less weight recently because of my back...

Great Thread. I've done 495x10 and 515x3 to parallel. My only thoughts on this is that each person should have listed their height. I think this is close to the strongest I will ever get in the squat, and currently at 255, 6'1.

Now if I was 255 at 5'8, pile em' on...I'd probably be somewhere squatting rather than typing this...
